We check the fiber and test the dyes first. Many rugs can be cleaned right in your home. Rugs that need a full wash, a long dry or extra care, we pick up, clean and bring back.

Do you pick up and deliver rugs?
Yes. When a rug is better cleaned off site, we pick it up, clean it and bring it back. Ask about it when you call.
Can you clean silk rugs?
Yes, with a very gentle method, and we always test first.
Will the colors run?
That's what the dye test is for. If a rug isn't colorfast, we change the method before touching it.
