Carpet cleaning, with the right method for your carpet
Vacuuming picks up what sits on top. The grit, oils and pet dander that turn carpet gray sit lower, around the base of the fibers, and that's what we go after.
We use two methods. Hot water extraction rinses deep and suits heavily soiled carpet. Low-moisture VLM and encapsulation cleaning dries in a fraction of the time and suits wool, glue-down commercial carpet and rooms you need back quickly. We pick the method at the walkthrough.

Carpet Cleaning: common questions
How much does carpet cleaning cost?
Every carpet job is different, so we quote it after hearing about yours. It depends on the size of the area, how soiled it is, stairs, and which method suits your carpet. Call (669) 335-6110 or send a few photos through the quote form and we'll give you a free quote.
What's the difference between hot water extraction and low-moisture cleaning?
Hot water extraction sprays hot cleaning solution into the carpet and pulls it back out with strong suction, which rinses deep. Low-moisture VLM and encapsulation uses very little water and a cleaning agent that wraps the dirt so it vacuums away. It dries much faster. Some carpets do best with one, some with the other.
How long until I can walk on it?
After low-moisture cleaning, often within an hour or two. After hot water extraction, usually a few hours, longer for thick carpet or humid days. Airflow helps either way.
Will old stains come out?
Most do. Some, like bleach spots or old drink dyes, have changed the color of the fiber itself. We'll tell you at the walkthrough which ones should come out.
